My Sourdough Saga (so far)

Sourdough fever has officially hit Seashore Flower Farm — and it all started with Stacey’s gifted starter, a $35 Dutch oven from Ocean State Job Lot, and one surprisingly decent first loaf. Between feeding my starter, baking chocolate chip muffins, and prepping for our Winter Wreath Workshops, it’s been a busy (and deliciously scented) week. Plus, tulip bulbs are arriving, heirloom mums are still blooming, and our flower stand is brimming with fall color — Cape May’s version of cozy season in full swing.

The Year of Water (Not the Dragon)

There’s never a dull moment at the farm! This season, it’s been the Year of Water, from leaky tanks to rebellious toilets, we’ve checked every plumbing disaster off the list. Thankfully, everything’s flowing again (pun intended), and the flowers, and workshops, are too.
